"On the website home page is an ADA room with roll in shower. We picked this hotel for that room. Our son has ALS and is wheelchair bound. The room we received was ADA with a bathtub. It did not work for our needs and we needed to change hotels. Please do not falsely advertise. "

"Pick up at the airport was frustrating. Waited 20-30 minutes for shuttle then we left the airport and returned to pick up more people. This happened 4 times and it took one hour to get to the hotel 2.5 miles away. Corridors carpet smelled . Room cleaned was average. "

"There wasn’t a bartender on staff. It was just a counter with liquor on the shelf and the check in manger tried to mix a drink out of a book. She was so super sweet, but I wouldn’t think it’s really classified as a “bar”. "

"Hotel looks worn out! And it’s obvious that there isn’t extra care given to the facility. Small example is the dead plants and empty planters at the front entrance. It’s not inviting at all. The room was ok but also very tired looking. Floor in the bathroom creaked really bad and everything looks old. The room and bathroom were clean but we have never slept in such a terrible, saggy bed. Won’t be staying here again! "
