We enjoyed our stay at this property. On one night, we had a room facing the city and on a separate reservation, we had a room facing the sea. I must say, the room facing the city has a much larger bathroom and surprisingly quiet. The room and property were clean. The staff was friendly. The breakfast was amazing. And we got to enjoy VIP perks with a discount at the spa. Will definitely stay there again!
The location was convenient for the purpose I was in Thessaloniki for. From the outside it looks a bit outdated as a building but the Eria Suites are only a floor of the building and that floor is very well maintained. The staff are excellent. Nothing short of perfect communication and easy to follow check in instructions.
The property was beautiful and the hotel room provided just enough space for my daughter and I. The hotel was also extremely quiet at night! I met several owners/managers who were extremely sweet and helpful. The cleaning service was also great!! Overall I would stay there again the next time I visit! :)
We wanted to stay near the airport before our departure in the morning. This was a great hotel, comfortable and easy access to the airport. However, there is little near by so you must eat at the hotel or take a taxi.
Elegant Hotel at one end of resort. Enjoyed the contrast of the short walk to the beach through trees and good smelling and un manicured vegetation.
Very helpful staff. Clothes were cleaned the same day.
Very nice quiet location away from downtown. Staff was excellent. There were a couple of excellent beach restaurants within walking distance with outstanding fresh seafood. Beach and pool very nice.
Even if this hotel was just a campground in a empty field I would say it’s 5/5 because of people who work there!
Especially men!! (Women are fine, regular staff, but every man in this property OMG, 5 star Ritz Carlton level of service! Extremely nice and friendly! I’m talking about drivers, they are very helpful, about guy in restaurant who knew exactly what I want, and of course about the guy on reception desk - he was amazing, and service guy who brought some amenities in 2 seconds)

The view from the front of hotel looking out to the sea is great. We had a mountain view room and that view was great also with a huge balcony. Not your ordinary balcony that is usually narrow. This was like a half circle! Complimentary drinks on arrival! Great staff all around. Polite and always wanting the best experience for you and your stay. Great location. Away from the busy downtown but not too far. About a 10-15 minute drive. I would recommend this hotel to anyone and would come back for...
