"A great place to stay whether you are traveling alone or with family (single lady). Felt very safe and taken care of by all staff. Checkin was easy and very helpful...even helping (walking me to the street and pointing!) me find a little grocery store around the corner since I was a late ckin. Full breakfast in the dining room was fresh and delicious...lots of variety and again friendly staff in nice big dining room. My room was clean and looked to be recently renovated. Highly recommend!"

The location was convenient for the purpose I was in Thessaloniki for. From the outside it looks a bit outdated as a building but the Eria Suites are only a floor of the building and that floor is very well maintained. The staff are excellent. Nothing short of perfect communication and easy to follow check in instructions.
I absolutely loved my stay. I had booked 2 accommodations for my trip and now I wish I had just stayed here the whole time. Very convenient location, close to grocery stores, bus stop right outside, and very clean. It felt like staying at a friend's place. If I ever come back to the city I'd definitely consider booking this place.

The location is very good. The only difficulty is the street where the entrance of the hotel is located . It is very narrow and a one way. Street. However, the host Mr. Hristo is very helpful and takes care of this problem very smoothly.

This was our first stay in Greece. Our stay was great. The front desk staff was friendly and very helpful, especially for parking a big van- there was a parking garage nearby. The streets near the hotel are difficult to navigate with a larger vehicle but we managed. The rooms were roomy, comfortable, and clean. The breakfast was delicious- even have us great breakfast ideas for when we get back home. The location was great- a lot of great shops and restaurants nearby. We walked a lot during this...
Room was spotless and the directions on how to get in and how to access the property were on point. I did not realize the property was without reception when I booked, but access to someone to answer questions was easy through WhatsApp .
