From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by a lovely German gentleman on reception. He was incredibly friendly, genuinely helpful and went out of his way to make us feel welcome. His attitude really stood out and was a great first impression of the hotel.

"Overall good place. Some personal really helpful, some ok. Breakfast was not bad. A bit noisy with the tram track right next door, but it is central Berlin so you kind of need to accept that. Liked the gym"

This is a quiet, easy-going place to stay in the westend of Berlin. From outside it appears nondescript but inside it is furnished in a plain but attractive style. My bed was very comfortable, and the breakfast was a tasty and plentiful buffet. The staff were kind and helpful, and did their best to ensure that guests' stays were pleasant. This hotel is not fancy--nor is it cutting-edge--but it is clean and comfortable as well as having one of the best values-for-money that I have ever...
Great staff, clean property. Very accommodating for late check out. Rooms are huge! VIP upgrade was phenomenal! I would definitely stay here again during my next trip in Berlin.
A wonderfully comfortable, crisp and contemporary hotel—easily accessible to everything in Berlin by virtue of its location near the main train station….also via a pleasant walk along the banks of the Spree River into the heart of Mitte. Value, style, and practicality make this hotel a new favorite for me.
This hotel was stellar. I will be booking it for my next stay in Berlin. It was in a walkable location to everything I wanted. The morning breakfast was very satisfying and convenient. The staff were polite and attentive and helpful to questions and my needs. Great job!!
Room was modern and clean, would happily stay here again. But could not get heat to turn down using system dial, had to turn off system completely and open window in order to not be covered in sweat. I stayed during cold temps, 2-6 celsius. The bar/lounge on the 10th floor is nice, had a dinner and drink there one evening. Location itself is good for walking to many restaurants and a couple parks. I was here for work and it was good for my needs.
Excellent breakfast buffet and dining area. Convenient water station on every floor, and 24-hour gym. No way to change or turn down the funky gym music, and you can smell the bacon from the kitchen if you go to the gym in the early AM lol. But still a great stay and will rebook if visiting again.
Very nicely appointed studio apartment with a lot of space. Location is central with quick access to the U and S trains at Potsdamer Platz. Excellent location for the Philharmonie and Kulturforum.
Amazing stay, clean and nice rooms - very helpful staff arranging for some extra cards in each of our rooms to make our surprise trip even more memorable
