"Hotel located on the fourth floor of a beautiful building. Very close to Messe Berlin. Excellent connections. Many restaurants in the area. Cleanliness and courteous staff."
"We stayed here while visiting Berlin for the IFA tech show and had a really enjoyable stay.
From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by a lovely German gentleman on reception. He was incredibly friendly, genuinely helpful and went out of his way to make us feel welcome. His attitude really stood out and was a great first impression of the hotel.
The location was excellent for IFA, being within easy walking distance of the Messe exhibition halls, which made getting to and from the...
"Walkable to/from the Berlin ZOB. Very large room. High ceiling. Very clean. White and smells fresh bed linens. I love this hotel. They would keep the luggages after check out. I will stay here again and will recommend to families and friends. Thank you very much for a restful sleep.

"Stayed in mid September for fairly good rate - less than 100€ per night. Really good value for money, nice location! Don’t hesitate to pay extra for breakfasts, it’s worth it."
"Really enjoyed my stay here, room was clean and comfortable what more can you ask for. Staff was great as well. It was located in a good location and lots of things to see and do."
"The staff was excellent. The lady at the check-in was super helpful with get us to the hop on and off bus, umbrellas, fans for the room, etc. The bartender in the lobby was great. He gave us a restaurant recommendation that turned out to be the best German restaurant I’ve eaten at in Berlin. Small back street place. Dicke Wirtin."

We stayed at Hotel am Steinplatz for a week. The Hotel is great, great location, Great Breakfast, restaurant and Bar. The staff are very helpful and they were always ready to help us with anything we needed. The Hotel itself has a great story and it's where most of the famous German actors were staying and had their parties. The Hotel has been renovated since then but it has kept it's old charm and it can take you easily to those glamorous days while staying there.

Great staff, clean property. Very accommodating for late check out. Rooms are huge! VIP upgrade was phenomenal! I would definitely stay here again during my next trip in Berlin.
A wonderfully comfortable, crisp and contemporary hotel—easily accessible to everything in Berlin by virtue of its location near the main train station….also via a pleasant walk along the banks of the Spree River into the heart of Mitte. Value, style, and practicality make this hotel a new favorite for me.
This is a quiet, easy-going place to stay in the westend of Berlin. From outside it appears nondescript but inside it is furnished in a plain but attractive style. My bed was very comfortable, and the breakfast was a tasty and plentiful buffet. The staff were kind and helpful, and did their best to ensure that guests' stays were pleasant. This hotel is not fancy--nor is it cutting-edge--but it is clean and comfortable as well as having one of the best values-for-money that I have ever...
Very nicely appointed studio apartment with a lot of space. Location is central with quick access to the U and S trains at Potsdamer Platz. Excellent location for the Philharmonie and Kulturforum.
AMAZING! This is a 5 star boutique hotel masquerading as a 4 star hotel. This was our first trip to Berlin from NYC for 4 days. The hotel is located in the transitional, hip gay friendly Kreuzberg neighborhood. It felt chill and relaxed away from the tourist hoards in Mitte. The hotel staff was without exception relaxed, anticipatory, and polished - not formal and robotic like many chain hotels. We felt pampered like guests at a friend's weekend home. The design is thoughtful and of...
I really enjoyed my stay here - it was only one night of my trip and I wished I had booked it for longer. I had a river view room, and it was probably one of my favorite hotel rooms and views I have ever had. The hotel staff was very helpful (and spoke excellent English as my German is lacking). The bed was comfortable, curtains blocked light well, and it was very quiet. My only confusion was that the master switch for the electricity was a big red switch on the wall that I was afraid might be...
The hotel is only a short walk from 2 subway stations, so getting around in Berlin is really not a problem. Situated in a quiet little street. Staff very helpful. Huge rooms compared to other hotels and equipped with all you might need at your stay. Overlooking a little garden and some greenery you've found your secret spot to relax and unwind in the middle of a always busy city. Enjoy the breakfast in the wintergarden with lots of choices to get yourself prepared for the day. The staff is very...
