This is by far the most spacious and clean hotel room I have ever stayed in. Very comfortable and welcoming. The staff was fabulous. The pool area was very nice we really enjoyed the heated salt water pool. Der Dutchman restaurant was conveniently located (a 1-2 minute walk) and had delicious food. We will definitely stay here again! 😊

Really good area to stay in.

Love the kitchenette in the room. There was option to ask for portable cooktop which we didn’t have time to do but good to know for future stays.

The hotel was very quiet and clean. The breakfast was excellent. I enjoyed staying there.

We usually stay at the sister property Ameniti Bay, but they were booked for our recent trip. Magnolia Pointe was as nice, and more quiet. Breakfast was great, staff very friendly and helpful. The pool is fantastic. We will definitely stay again.

This facility looks brand new - I’m sure a rehab but perfect nonetheless. Nestled in a grove a trees, nice pool, nice lobby, good breakfast.

The hotel is beautifully decorated. Its very clean from the lobby to the room. The room was spotless, the beds were comfortable and they supply shampoo, conditioner and body wash in their bathrooms. The breakfast was very good. They offer hot food i.e. eggs, sausage, bacon, french toast or pancakes. They also have cereals, oatmeal, fruits and yogurt. This is a great hotel in the heart of downtown Sarasota with a fantastic lobby and walking distance to just about anything. The lobby has a great vibe with a larger elegant bar and the staff is fantastic at check in. The rooms carry that modern vibe without being too much to get in the way of the experience. Great location for business travelers. Plenty of eateries and shopping close by. Was glad to be close to LA Fitness gym. Everything I need is here. Service is great, rooms well cared for. My place to stay when I come to Sarasota for business.

Fantastic amenities. Pool with cabanas and plentiful outdoor seating we’re superb. Great fire pit and grills too. Proximity to a Nathan Benderson park was a major plus, the couple of minutes walk to the park was great. Provided a great option for early morning walk or jog in a gorgeous setting. Plus loved that there were nearby food and shopping options. Only drawback about a 30 minutes drive to Siesta Key or Lido beaches.

Ideally located right next to the airport, the place is run very efficiently, it's clean and tight, the amenities are nice for what you need on an overnight stay or a business travel. Highly recommend this accommodation if you're in Sarasota for a short stay.

Great place, very clean, good breakfast

The breakfast was very good, room super clean, friendly staff, quick check in/out. My only complaint is that the sound isolation between the rooms isn’t very good, so we heard, you know, some noises coming from our neighbors during the night. But I definitely recommend this place.
