Easy parking with valet. Clean and beautiful rooms. AC in rooms working and not loud. Friendly staff. Food and bar was amazing!

I really enjoyed my stay. The only problem I had was that. There was no hot water. I was told that one of the broilers had broke down

Very spacious corner room with large windows in two directions. Superb service. Many people were in town for a nearby show. After discovering that most of us would be leaving before breakfast was available we discovered the hotel started breakfast--a very nice one, as breakfasts in hotels go--early to accomodate those who had to leave much ealier. Kuddos! Bed was refreshingly comfortable. Room was immaculate. A great stay!

Staff was polite and courteous. The breakfast was too pricey for a buffet.

The property is well kept, safe protocols late at night and is very clean. I would stay here again!

The Palace Inn hotel room was similar to a nice clean newer Red Roof Inn with hardwood floors. They just got new mattresses at this hotel & cleaned & switched out everyone's mattresses while I was there (June 2021). They offer coffee & icees 24/7 in the hotel lobby, cereal too. Best kept secret clean bargain place to stay in Katy, TX. The hotel photos online don't do the rooms or hotel justice.

Great location next to a shopping mall. Very nice and great location for a hotel. Staff very helpful and courteous.

Hotel bed is very comfortable, flat top stove, full size refrigerator, sink etc. My room was more like a suite for a good price. Gas station, Taco Bell, McDonald's, Jack in the Box, literally 2 minutes walking distance . Wal-Mart at least 20 minute drive. A lot of construction in the area.. I will continue to stay at this hotel upon future visits to Houston. I paid $124.00 for two nights Sunday-Tuesday.

The property is very clean, staff very friendly, price is reasonable and very close to the Epicenter.
