Pleasant stay with old time charm No bar or breakfast ( would be nice in courtyard)

This is one of the most comfortable, friendliest, warm, hospitable and convenient places I've stayed anywhere, but especially in Houston. Six stars!

One night stay for the Rockets ball game. Service was great including valet parking, breakfast was buffet okey and bed was a little firm. Nice room lay and furnishings and loved the hotels Space City theme.

Great hotel, not a lot of seating for breakfast and no one refilled breakfast items when they were empty (coffee, beverages). Valet was overpriced considering we could see the car from the hotel. Valet was $59.00 self parking was $20.00, no advertisement for self parking.

I recently stayed at this hotel, and I can't say enough good things about the staff. They were incredibly friendly and nice. I asked them to decorate a room last minute for my friend's birthday, and they went above and beyond. My friend walked into a beautifully decorated room and even had cake!! The staff was the sweetest and always had a smile on their faces. Thank you so much for everything you did!

modern room with nice furnishings. Quiet hotel.

This is our go-to hotel in the Minute Maid Park/George R Brown area. We have stayed at least 10 times. Staff is super courteous and helpful. Breakfast is good and the hotel is always clean.

This hotel was very modern and gorgeous. The interior design was flawless. Beautifully hotel. The room was small but it was perfect . Had everything we needed and the bed was surprisingly comfortable. I had a perfec nights sleep. The lady at the front desk Aliyah was so pleasant it was icing on the cake!!!

Great room. The view of downtown Houston is pretty amazing, and the room was very comfortable and quiet.

We enjoyed the location. At checkin we were told they did not have the type of room available that we had booked but they up graded our room and gave us a free breakfast for the two of us. We will definitely stay again. Everyone was friendly and helpful.

more restaurant options would be nice for business travel.

Having a free shuttle to MD Anderson center was important, and we did not expect a private car with a nice caring driver to take us and pick us up. The valet service staff are why we will return, they were so kind and helpful each day during our week stay. The room was comfy, pool and gym wonderful and the Terrace 54 restaurant staff and food were awesome!

We've stayed here a couple of times now and we have always had a great experience with service. The suite gives plenty of space to work at times and has been quiet the times I've been here. I don't usually do the breakfast so I don't have much to say about that. The only thing that can get confusing on arrival is the entrance to the property. You have to go through a Denny's at a very awkward corner and at times there is so much traffic from an adjacent restaurant that it's difficult to get...

Great experience from check-in to check-out. The hotel lobby smelled amazing as soon as I walked in. Check-in was quick and easy. Staff were friendly. My room was on the 2nd floor, so easy access to the pool and fitness room. Room was huge and clean and looked exactly like the online pictures. The layout of the room and bathroom was great (with plenty of countertop space). There was a fridge, microwave, and Keurig coffee maker. Instead of an iron/ironing board, there was a steamer in the closet....
