This was a truly wonderful hotel only 10 mins. away from Helsinki but you felt like you were staying in the country by a beautiful lake. We were very pleased with the breakfast and the restaurant also.The art was beautiful. We enjoyed everything. The pool and sauna were very nice also. We highly recommend this hotel.
This is an excellent hotel. I was traveling as a tourist, and it is close to most attractions in the city.
The hotel staff (front desk, restaurant, and housekeeping) were always friendly and helpful. The front desk staff spent an exceptional amount of time helping me find and book various "tourist" excursions.

Very nice hotel! We enjoyed our short stay at NH Grand Hansa in Helsinki! It is a very good location in Helsinki, walking distance to Aleksanterinkatu, the Central Train station, and Esplanadi.
High quality hotel. No issues or problems. Everything as expected. Attendant at breakfast (Patrick from Jamaica) was very friendly and helpful. Next to a shopping center and on regional train line (major stop) directly to Helsinki and easy change at Hoplax to airport for easy arrival and departure.
It was a great stay. Room is very clean and modern, breakfast was incredible, big choice of everything, location is very convenient, 10 minutes walk to bus station and 15 minutes walk to the central train station. Staff was also extremely helpful and friendly, I will stay again in this hotel next time visiting Helsinki.
Wonderful hotel in a great location. Room was small but well laid out and comfortable. Very quiet, no traffic or street noise. Staff was very courteous and helpful. Breakfast was very good and service was outstanding.
Nice hotel, location decent, brand new. I would say that no cleaning service could be a problem for some, but I enjoy the privacy. Check-in very easy with kiosks and code is emailed to you.
This property was amazing, the sauna was great and the staff were helpful. If you needed assistance, they are happy to help. I will stay here agin when I come back.
