First of all I wanted to say thank you to all the staff; they make us feel like at home. We spent almonth one month and my daughter was always happy as us too! - I will come bcak in the future when visiting Istanbul again!
Quite good hotel for those 2 stars. Very clean, towels were changed every day, the staff was helpful. Near the tram and metro station, a lot of small cafes around. But the room was very small - for two people ok, but we were tree. I ordered the room with two beds - one king size and one single betd, but we've got three single beds. Decided to not shout, because were very tired. Anyway, if you are looking for excellence, better to choose Hilton:))
My intial plan is to stay one night then extend or find another hotel, I ended up staying 8 days, the hotel is great specially the manger and Omar they are welcoming, helpful with big smile, the breakfast is great and the breakfast staff very cheerful and helpful, the hotel is located in prime location near everything, bus and metro station.
Near the hotel small place sells doner sandwiches it is excellent don't miss it. Insha Allah I will always stay in Kensington Hotel in the future and...

The Celine is a very nice hotel tucked into a small street not far from Hagia Sophia and the Blue Mosque. The staff was helpful. The breakfast was awesome (cold cuts/bread at hand, and hot food such as omelettes and pancakes made to order). The breakfast servers were especially friendly and professional. When I booked this hotel I never thought that his hotel would be truly a luxurious haven in the heart of the Beyoglu distritct, near to most attractions. The rooms apart from spacious are tastefully decorated and contain every possible item a traveler could need. The top floor where breakfast and dinner is served provides extraordinary views of the bosforus, the horn and Topaki Palace. Also, the staff are very helpful. I hope to return soon.

Özen (Ozzie -the night concierge) was the best concierge I have ever had the pleasure of working with. The first night we had a problem with the room, not only did he fix it quickly, but provided us several options and made sure to check on us everytime he saw us and sent some Turkish Delight to our room. I have never met a more genuine and caring person.
