A very comfortable room (we stayed in one with two queen beds) with a great air conditioner. The location is excellent -- very close to Parque de los Novios, but is on a quieter street that does not have the traffic and noise closer to the park. Two friends and I stayed here before the Lost City trek. The hotel is beautiful, has a lovely rooftop deck serving delicious meals, is very well located and the rooms are large and comfortable. The staff is outstanding; they were not only friendly but incredibly helpful on our return from the trek. They called the airline for us to change flights, stored our luggage, and provided extensive advice. Couldn't be happier about this hotel and would stay again!

The property was renewed about 6 years ago according to the staff, but it seems pretty new, the disadvantages are the lift there is only 1 and is really slow. The breakfast is good option, and the view from the pool is nice!
