"The good. Price is decent. The walls are concrete so it is super quiet between rooms. Plumbing works. A/C is the best. Rooms are very very big. The downside. It is very dated and run down. Everything you see in old 70s motel is what you see here. It’s old. It has that old Reno smell. The guests here are a bit… not bad but just… ya know. Would I stay here again? Maybe. I did sleep very very well. "

"The room was excellent—very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The pool was also great and kept very clean, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The breakfast was fantastic, with a great selection and a delicious way to start the day. The only downside was having to walk up three flights of stairs, which could be difficult if you’re traveling with luggage or have mobility concerns. Other than that, we had a wonderful stay and would definitely consider coming back!"

"Have had two very nice stays at this hotel so far. I especially appreciated the attitude of the efficient staff at the front desk who seemed especially friendly, not just polite. A maintenance issue could've been addressed better, but all the other aspects of our stay meet or exceed expectations. Room is clean. A/C, crucial in Phoenix, works great. Bed is comfortable enough for a hotel bed, shower is nice and hot, really appreciated the full refrigerator and freezer for restaurant leftovers....

The room was clean, but had a perfumy smell - reminded me of years back when hotels would try to cover up the smell from smoke. Everthing worked as it should, though the blackout screen was coming out of it's track and bunching up. Otherwise, all good."
