"The staff are super and facilities all good. Shared toilet and shower block worked out just fine - clean and well stocked. Room #3 has everything you could wish for for the single traveler. I wasn't expecting the hotel to be quiet on a Saturday night, as it hosts the most popular bar in Freo, but a fraction more sound-proofing in the room would help take the edge off the pumping beats from the sound system downstairs (it was oddly quieter in the corridor just outside the room). All went silent...
