"Nice location in Coconut Grove, but every room is unique. Ours was rather rundown and shabby, especially for the high price. No new towels or any cleaning service during the three days of our stay."

"The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel was spotless and I thought it was a perfect stay until I went to access the shuttle to the port, the following day. The staff member who booked me, put me down for the wrong day. Since I wasn’t familiar with using Uber (and the staff weren’t helpful in that regard), I ended up paying for a cab - which cost me almost as much as my stay the evening before 😫. My suggestion would be that management develops a policy to correct situations like this, when their staff error - rather than just a shoulder shrug and apology. "

"There is no front desk period. No one to answer the phone if you had an issue. Housekeeping was unavailable. The rooms were spacious and well decorated. This is an old building so you hear every single door open close footstep toilet flush from your neighbors"
