"Couldn’t fault this place. Staff were friendly and Alvin gave us a late checkout and was very helpful and courteous during our stay. Breakfast was delicious and we will definitely be booking there again 😊"

"Great hotel in a good location. Room was lovely with good views. Lost a star on our rating as our welcome gift of wine and charcuterie wasn't received and the gent at reception who checked us in wasn't helpful at all too busy chatting and whilst acknowledging we were owed it just kept pushing us to ask others - in the end we had to add the wine to our room. The lady at checkout was very apologetic and restored our faith a little in the staff as she refunded the glasses of wine. Such a shame as the rest of our experience was good. Only other comment would be about the pillows - firm far too firm and soft far too soft!"

It was a shame that the bar closed at 8pm, i wanted to order some food at 7.20pm but was told last food orders was at 8pm which was the same time the bar closed, I was a bit confused. I was offered room service but I'm not keen on staying in my room to eat so I ended up going to nearby restaurant. My room was a good size, the hotel felt modern and stylish but for me it was missing the cosy factor. Still a nice hotel though."
