I really enjoyed my stay at the Georgetown inn. The location is great, I was attending a wedding at the Georgetown Ballroom so it was handy to be so close. It's actually walking distance, though in all honesty, it would be best not to do that at night. It's a clean hotel and the rooms are attractive ,wooden floor, crisp white linens, nice photos on the walls. Appreciated the Underground pkg., although the spaces were a bit small to maneuver. Liked that there were convenient & walkable places eat in the area. The staff was very friendly.

Immediate area has drugged houseless individuals - not the hotels fault

Hotel itself is great. Unfortunately, there are many homeless people in the immediate neighborhood.

Minimal, trendy, clean, friendly staff, enjoyed the stay.

The view from the room on high floor is great. There is some nicks on the furniture and paint dents in the actual room.

When in Belltown, this is the only place we stay at. What a gem this hotel is. The location can’t be beat, you are literally walking-minutes away from everything you will want to do in Seattle. What an amazing experience we had at The Edgewater! The staff was so incredibly friendly. We ate at Six Seven and the food was phenomenal. We stayed there because it was convenient to the cruise port. We will DEFINITELY return!

The staff at Alexis were exceptional! Brian at the front desk went above and beyond to make us feel like family. The entire team was very accommodating. The rooms are very clean and luxe. Thanks Alexis for making our weekend in Seattle fantastic!

We would highly recommend the Kimpton Monaco to anyone and would absolutely love to stay here if we returned to Seattle! The front desk personnel were very kind and helpful. The room was clean and spacious. The location was ideal to walk anywhere in the city, and using the light rail. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! We enjoyed the extra surprise of wine hour, and were delighted with the Harbor Cruise and restaurant vouchers. Even without the unexpected extras, we loved this hotel.

When driving in it looked kind of old but the hotel was nice ! Regina at the front desk was so nice and helpful! Awesome energy and very welcoming . Hotel free breakfast was good! Great location! The restaurant across the street was really good too. Was here for two nights and three days! I would stay again .

Fantastic venue! I do wish there was a way for hotel guests to get into their concert without going outside and waiting in line - it’s boutique with only 13 rooms - you’d think they could accommodate for that - especially when it’s cold or the weather is ridiculous like it was during the Dessa concert 😅But that said, it was beautiful, the furnishings were nice - the bathroom sink fixtures were loose, pretty, but need to be tightened so easier to use. It is a cute little property. The staff was super friendly. I was a little unsure about the shared bathrooms as I had never tried it before. The bathrooms were very clean and included all the basics. Defiantly recommend this place!

We loved The Sound! It was one of the only hotels on our month long adventure through four contries that we thought, "hmm, we could stay at this hotel a little longer than we planned." Highly recommend it!
