Hotels in Capitol Hill

Was a little concerned to stay here because I saw some bad reviews but I stayed at this property for 5 nights and as a young solo female traveler I felt completely safe here and would love to stay here again when I come back to Seattle! I had a quick short stay of two nights. This was perfect. Vince was very responsive excellent communication. I really like the location and I got lucky with parking. I'll be back.

Our Stay was amazing. The place was very clean and nicely designed. It was professionally managed which made us feel much better. The property manager was super friendly and helpful. She was easy to get in touch with and provided all of the information we needed. The stay itself was the best part of our trip. It was super quiet besides the neighbors across the street on our second night had a loud party till about 10 which wasnt bad. It was a little unclear that this was a shared house/apartment and only found out about that after reading reviews. Everything was clean, refreshing and was a perfect little cozy place to stay while in Seattle. The neighborhood itself was a little sketchy at moments and the fear of my car getting broken into was real....

Nice, clean, safe place to stay. If using public transit, prepare for a lot of hills with your luggage. There are quite a few stairs in the building to get to your room as well.

Immediate area has drugged houseless individuals - not the hotels fault

We had an incredible stay here. You can’t beat the location and the price. I felt this block was in a nicer portion of downtown. There weren’t people sleeping on the sidewalks outside and the light rail is only two blocks away. We also parked our car in a parking garage one block away for $30 a day. Would absolutely stay here again if we can get it for this great price again.

Great location and room was clean and comfortable.

We elected to not have the daily housekeeping in exchange for a $10 daily food/drink credit. However the bar was way too crowded to use it so we didn’t get to redeem it. Other credit options would be nice to have since we saved the hotel wages paid to housekeeping by doing this. Also, it would be nice to have a mini fridge rather than a mini bar in the room.

It’s a beautiful hotel in great location! Loved how welcoming and grand it was to walk in there! Staff were great, my room had a great view. The only thing I didn’t like was the $25 tourism fee and a lot of fees adding up at the end. Also there was no hot tubs there.
