"The location was really good—walkable to attractions like the Public Market and the Space Needle. Typical urban situations such as minor parking concerns and increased awareness needed when walking in the area after dark. Staff was very responsive and so helpful with recommendations. Good explanation given for hotel amenities. I did make the mistake of paying at the recommended parking lot (per the sign) after already being charged for parking validation at the hotel (non-refundable). The petite queen room was a good size for a couple. The hotel is unique and quirky. The roof top terrace was cool, but the breeze coming off the water was chilly so we didn’t get to enjoy the space for long. Overall a good, memorable stay."

"One of the best hotels we have stayed at in Seattle so far!! Great location and an amazing room. My only real qualm is that you could not use the fridge since it was packed with items from the overpriced snack bar which was a bummer since we couldn’t store our leftovers. Otherwise great place, with a great valet parking service."
