"-excellent staff and easy to talk with for the few times I was able to, but they were always busy; they were always having to go back and forth between running the bar and check-in desk -room is a little stuffy, especially since there isn't natural airflow except with a window fan; otherwise very private and each bed had curtains with decent coverage -lockers under bed closed very loudly, and my other room mates had difficulty with their broken one in the next bunk -basement is always open and it's where the game room and laundry room was located; small space for laundry, but at least they had a convenient bill-changer, both washer/dryer, and 24-hour availability -biggest complaints would be the shower room (I only made use of the one closest to the female only room) and restrooms, but I never got to bring it up to the staff because of how busy they seemed -hand soap in the restrooms wasn't always available, so I made use of my own, and shower amenities aren't provided unless by request -the shower room was always dripping excess water, either from the shower door kept open, or from extreme humidity, leaking from a duct above, and a floor mat was not provided; not sure if it was an issue of maintenance or airflow, but only once did I step into the shower room when it wasn't already wet enough to splash on the floor /outside/ of the shower pan -most of my complaints I can make up for myself, which was why the overall experience never qualified as my worst"
