Friendly staff, love to been able to have coffee maker in room

The check-in process was seamless. The staff who checked me in was Mason. He spoke English very well. Initially, I checked in with two suitcases due to a continuing travel to a different country in a few days. There is no-one to help with my luggage, but they have carts that they provided me to take my luggage into my room. Oh yes, noteworthy to mention, I took AirPort Express bus 6004. The stop to drop is across the street, of the hotel. As I was carrying two big suitcases, it was very...

Subway train station to ICN airport is just next to the hotel.

The room felt small, but everything was highly satisfying.

The breakfast provided was excellent and very filling. The instant coffee was good and they give new fresh towels every morning, you just need to ask. The blankets are fluffy and warm. You can dry your clothes at a portable drying line. There is also a very deep tub and the shower system is well maintained. It is also very close to various forms of transportation like buses and trains. And this place is very quiet and you can’t hear your neighbors that much. If you ask they will watch over your...

This is my go-to place whenever I'm on a business trip to Seoul. I'm always impressed by the kindness of the staff, and the location is perfect — convenient for transportation and shopping. Best of all, there are plenty of great restaurants nearby

Hands down the best hotel I’ve stayed at in Korea so far. The location was very convenient, with plenty of restaurants nearby. The customer service was excellent, and the room was clean and well-equipped with everything I needed. 10/10 highly recommend!

Outstanding service and thoughtful amenities.

Great experience! Helpful and kind staff!

Perfect location. Subway is 2 minutes walking distance. All the food, pubs, and shopping was literally right behind the hotel. Couldn't have asked for a better place to stay in Hongdae. Highly recommend.

I really enjoyed my stay! I was pleasantly surprised by how well the place had been maintained since my last visit three years ago. Everything was in great condition, and the staff were very friendly, helpful, and attentive throughout my stay. I truly appreciated the excellent service and would be happy to return again!

I like the cleanliness of the hotel and facilities. The staff were very friendly and helpful to all my needs. The location is very convenient and accessible. I will surely come again to stay with them. This is my second stay and they did not disappoint.

We are so pleased with our stay. The staff is all superb, very accommodating, on top of great customer service. English is spoken here by the concierge desk, front desk, and restaurant staff. It's a very European and American hotel. Don't miss the Breakfast Buffet, which is more of a breakfast and lunch experience. The food was excellent. Our room was big for Seoul standards. We stayed for 8 nights. Also, it's a great location 1 block from a train station. Lots of coffee shops, restaurants,...

The check-in staff was unattentive, not very hospitable and didn’t give us much information, just answered our questions. We asked for city view room, but our room was facing a back alley of a building. Other than that, our stay was amazing. Our room was super clean, beds were very comfy, the cleaning ladies and staffs during breakfast were very friendly & attentive. The location was great too. Walking distance to many places.

This hotel goes above and beyond. Can confidently say it's been my family's favorite stay in all of Asia so far. Thank you to all the staff! We will be back:)
