Hotels in Şişli

The room with balcony price and quality were great. The management is very respectful. When i asked why the AC did not have the “cooling” mode active, they explained and escalated the matter to the place owner Mr. Suliman, he explained that most of istanbul hotels shift the AC mode during starting October 15th or so and i doubled checked this piece of info and it was true. So if you are used to sleeping in cool room in istanbul maybe go to istanbul before 15 oct. otherwise you just need to...

The place is very clean, I recommend it for families, it's reasonable considering the price.

Breakfast needs to have more options

Stay was good you genuinely feel at home. Location was great. Most importantly, staff was very helpful.

This hotel is truly wonderful — the rooms, the staff, and the location are all top-notch. I’d especially like to thank the staff (like Metin), who always went above and beyond to help with anything I needed. Highly recommended! I actually tried to extend my stay, but they were fully booked — which is no surprise at all given how great it is.

Very nice service. Very nice people especially Gizem and Merve

Nice location! Huge rooms! New, modern. I had just a perfect stay! I putted 4* for the staff, but hotel is new, and I am sure that staff improved after my stay, because I spoke to owner and he acted accordingly:-).

I have been traveling for the past twenty seven years and this was my fourth trip to Istanbul. Hotel Divan is a classy hotel, close to metro, lots of shops and restaurants. The hotel itself is very clean, good breakfast, beside the buffet guests can order other meals (Omelette, Egg Benedict, Veggie platters). The only problem that most guests don’t know that they can order other meals beside the buffet. The staffs were very helpful, professional and nice. I really recommend Divan to family,...

This is an excellent property it is very located in the city center very clean the staff is very professional. The views from the apartment are excellent

Central location, decent hotel

Excellent location with the best shopping/restaurants. Food on-site was very good including room service. One of the very few hotels on Expedia that recognized me as a VIP and gave the most amazing amenities in our room plus a beautiful upgrade! The best part of this hotel is the staff! All are fantastic, and each gave truly memorable moments and made our stay so enjoyable. From Sema hanim in housekeeping who found my daughter's beloved stuffed animal in the laundry when we thought it was gone...

Excellent location! Very clean hotel. Great room would highly recommend it

Wonderful. Staff very helpful, courteous and friendly. We were able to check in at 5:30 AM, which was wonderful

Very kind staff - well beyond the call of duty to help with logistics; clean modern rooms in a great location

I stayed this hotel from 7/15 to 7/19. I stayed on the 25th floor which is one of the executive floors. It is an absolutely beautiful hotel. The amenities are excellent and the staff at the hotel were so kind. It was super clean and just so beautiful. I did like having access to the executive lounge because they gave free breakfast, free dinner, and snacks/drinks throughout the day. There was also a very nice restaurant right up the street in walking distance. In addition, Uber is also an...

Awesome neighborhood, great shopping and restaurants. The hotel is a beauty, extremely well designed.

Istanbul is our favorite city, and we return every year. Without a doubt, The Westin Istanbul is the best in every respect—from its excellent location and exceptional service to its outstanding breakfast buffet, comfortable rooms, and genuinely attentive, friendly staff. We stayed for 10 days, and the experience was outstanding from beginning to end. Being upgraded to a top-floor room was a wonderful surprise that made our stay even more special. While the entire team deserves recognition,...
