"Right by the beach!"

"Clean. Excellent value, location, and communication by host."

"Lovely quiet property off the main drag and close to the beach. Beautiful pool and surroundings with friendly and amenable staff. Ideal spot close to South Beach and easy reach of downtown."

"This is an exceptional find within the Ft. Lauderdale area, the owner/manager was extremely outgoing on helping us with equipment needed for the beach, and gave us excellent referrals to restaurants. I would highly recommend this location to anyone seeking a carefree room one block off the beach."

"The place is very well located. North beach is very relaxing, calm, and not crowded like South Beach and also less expensive. Ive stayed in the apt with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Very good for the price. Had some minor issues with one of the showers, but Sunny (manager) was always very helpful and took control of the situation. Special thanks for her. Lots of restaraunts, and also lots of parking spots (around $1/hour), but free after 11pm til 8am. Walking distance from the beach, very close....

"We were allowed early check in as our flight landed in the morning and the staff was very attentive for the duration of our stay. The on call house keeping/maintenance staff were very responsive as well. This property is located a block or two away from the beach and that’s where we spent most of our time. Great price for the location."

"Great spot...nice pools and beach acess"

"Great location. A block from good food and 2 blocks from the beach. There is also a nearby park."

"Hotel is right by the beach, great location would recommend."

"1 Star – Unacceptable Experience Our flight arrived at 8 PM Thursday. I shared my arrival details in advance and was told to give a 30-minute heads up since check-in requires the host to be present. I did. I arrived at 8:36 PM, checked in with the front desk, completed the form, and showed my ID. The key was ready, but they couldn’t release it until the host arrived. So we waited. Over an hour. I was traveling with my 7-year-old daughter, who was hungry and exhausted. I ordered food to the...

"This is a phenomenal little property. At first, there was a major communication issue with someone on site, but it was quickly resolved, and the man ended up being super kind and helpful. Everything that you possibly need is at this property even the Cleaning Lady will go out of her way to assist with anything that you need. Again, location, location, location for the cost, the value cannot be beaten anywhere in Miami. You have countless amazing restaurants to walk to and you’re very close to...

"Our first stay there we had an issue with the fridge, but the Hotel staff and maintenance were able to fix this immediately and even brought us to a better room to compensate for the issues. Our state was absolutely beautiful and the view was great. The staff was amazing too at the front desk lobby. We will definitely be looking again!"
