Pontos negativos: Wi-Fi não atende a nada, não carrega um vídeo do YouTube, não consegue nada, horrível a conexão lá, nem sinal de telefone pega bem lá. Distância do centro é grande demais, muito longe até de carro. Obs: tivemos problemas no ar condicionado na primeira noite, mas foi corrigido no dia seguinte, pessoal prestativo quanto a isso. "

my fiancé and I stayed at this location last December. It was good, and I gave it good ratings. But since then, they have performed major upgrades on the property. It is absolutely beautiful, and I didn’t even recognize it as the same place. The changes that were made were so intelligent, I’m telling you, these people really have a good business sense as to what draws and keeps clientele. I was very impressed, everything was top notch !!

The nicest and most helpful staff of any pousada we've stayed in. And that's lots. Everyone was great. The property has a friendly, easygoing atmosphere. Special commendation to restaurant and front desk! My laptop malfunctioned during our 3-day stay, and Douglas, at reception, dedicated literally hours to helping me get a good broadband connection, find service, etc. As soon as the pousada secures reliable internet/wifi, this will be our go-to in Ilhéus.
