impeccable service by warm and friendly staff who were attentive without being obtrusive. beautiful, tranquil grounds lower your blood pressure immediately upon entering and the gorgeous scenery only adds to the overall ambience.
the bed was super comfy and the room was spacious and comfortable. it might be useful to have a safety gate on the stairs in case of children or folks who use the restroom in the middle of the night, though.

I liked the location of the hotel, conveniently located at the beginning of a strip of shopping, then down to the pier. The staff was welcoming and service was great. The room (3 beds) was spacious, modern and great partial view of the lake. The breakfast was good, lots of options.
Great secluded hot spring resort with a very relaxed atmosphere. Everything was great except for the breakfast experience where we had to wait 20 minutes for a seat and didn’t feel relaxed at all. Overall experience was still very positive, nice facilities and great staff, there was even a little fireworks show during our NYE stay.
We had a fantastic stay at Fleur de Chine. This is an exceptional hotel on all fronts. We were fortunate to be upgraded to a suite with Tatami room and incredible views across Sun Moon Lake from our terrace. Our kids had a blast in the pools and with the many activities. The location right on Sun Moon Lake allowed for some great walks around the lake and hikes through the surrounding forest. The staff were also incredible from check in to check out and always took the time to prioritize guests....
Amazing and thoughtful staff - literally every single person I encountered was friendly and professional (and always helpful). Great location - beautiful park and museum right across the street, and walking distance to lots of great restaurants and my favorite indie bookstore in Taichung. Highly recommended
What an incredible find with this hotel that is ideally situated in a very active part of the city. Staff were really nice, rooms very modern and clean. Buffet breakfast selection vast and delicious. And nice touches like free use of washers and dryers. Really feel like I lucked out when I chose this place by chance. Terrific stay.
