Very clean property. Nice pool area. However, it was disappointing that you had to pay for chairs and umbrellas to sit on the beach behind the hotel.

First of all, the staff are great...friendly and helpful...the hotel itself is beautiful... my new friend, the parking attendant across the hotel... just wished that the hotel bar/restaurant was finished during our stay.... will definitely go back again...

Close to beach but not beach front. About 5 minute walk to umbrella/chair rental. Close to places to eat. About 5 minutes to beach bar and restaurants. Must pay to park $35 a night. Has golf cart to take you anywhere within half mile.

Yes the pool was great a lot of chairs for the guests, pool toys for the kids and adults and clean and friendly staff.

It is on the beach with nice pool and friendly staff. Room is comfortable with ice cold AC and everything you need.

The property was very clean and the staff was super friendly. There are two pools and a restaurant next door as well as a pretty cool rooftop bar. There is construction going on around the entrance, but it will be done in time. I really enjoyed my stay.

The hotel is beautiful and the location is perfect !!! I really love everything about this trip my only concern is the ac on my room it was really hot my only dislike other than that everything was perfect the view the sunset and the food !!!!! I will come back for sure ❤️

We stayed here for 2 days on a mini vacation. The location was excellent for visiting museums and there were plenty of restaurants. The front desk personnel as well as the rest of the staff were very helpful and tireless. The hotel has its own parking garage which was convenient. At this time it was $22 a day which was reasonable considering you didn't have to worry about parking or safety. Your room key opened the garage gate and then it allowed entry into the hotel and right to the elevator....

We stayed NYE 2024 and had a great evening. The property was clean, staff was helpful and cheerful. We wanted to support Treasure Island businesses after Helena .

Out of the remodeling which I was made aware of the room smelled a bit weird. But overall highly recommended!

Marina at the front desk was AMAZING, she guided us to the best room for our stay, and recommend a fishing charter that we enjoyed immensely, thanks to Capt. Norris.

Breakfast was terrible, there was literally no hot food for anyone, drinks was spilled on the floor and all the people in charge of breakfast was by the exit door on the other side of the hotel hanging out. I had to get a front desk person to assist in the clean up of the floor before someone fell.

From the moment we arrived we were treated well and given great instructions- there is so much offered daily! Cookouts and children’s activities- DJ/music at the pool- water slides and floating obstacle course- delicious food & drink options- multiple pools and facilities. Our room was comfortable and spacious- had all we needed. Beds were comfortable for sleep. My family and I just returned from Harbourside and had an amazing time. We stayed in a one bedroom king condo which was perfect for our family of 4 (2 kids ages 9 & 6). Please do not stay here if you are looking for a traditional hotel. This place is a little different, but in a good way. I am always skeptical of a small "motel". However, this was the real deal! Everything was exactly as pictured and more. If you want a quaint place at the beach where they care about their guests, this is the place for you! AND the most comfortable beds ever!
