The hotel is well located in a desirable area. The staff is very attentive and helpful. The amenities are comparable to a 5 star hotel. The spa area is Inviting and relaxing after a nice work out? The bar area is an enjoyable place to greet and meet other hotel guess and compare the day trip experiences.
This is a super nice property in Santiago. It used to be the tallest building in the city so it's a big hotel but rooms are nice and the linens feel good (after being on the road for a while it's nice to have good towels!).
