"We loved our stay at the Villa Toscana! It is in a great location with lots of parking options and lots to do within walking distance. We just needed a place to stay for a cubs game and this was perfect! A great mix of hotel and bed and breakfast. Breakfast was great as well!"

"Very nice stay. Water views were beautiful."

"Clean room, but some scratch and dents here and there. Elevators were quick, but need updating. Lobby was clean, classy and well attended by guests. Location was quiet and upscale. I felt safe in the neighborhood. I would stay here again."

"I loved the location of this hotel. So many stores and restaurants were walkable distance. Staff were nice and helpful as well."

"Great hotel bar and friendly bartender!!"

"The hotel staff is friendly and attentive. The hotel itself is showing it's age. Our room had a portable floor a/c unit. The window was closed shut with black electrician's tape. The hot and cold water knobs were loose and came off easily. Even with these small issues, the hotel is still one of a kind. The view can't be beaten. The front desk staff went out of their way to answer our questions."

"Very good location for walking to restaurants, shopping, and Navy Pier"

"Great location and helpful staff. Would stay again."

"Great location, short walking distance from Lincoln Park and the lake on one side, and the red line metro station on the other side. The neighborhood gives a British feel on N State Street. The Hotel is very quiet. My room was very spacious (King) and felt recently remodeled (except for the bathroom that was old, but clean). The restaurant/bar is welcoming and the food was good. The only cons could be the crowded elevators (only 2 elevators for a pretty large hotel) but it was Marathon...

"The hotel was clean. Customer service was great very friendly. Valet was excellent. All in all a great stay definitely will return!"

"Great location. Near public transport. Full breakfast buffet. Evening cocktails and food voucher for Hilton Honors customers. Daily housekeeping. Only downers were no concierge for tourist assistance or loaner umbrellas for rainy Chicago travelers."

"Restaurant and bar in the building serving breakfast and dinner only. Across the street from northwester medical do ambulance noise can be an issue. Great location-one block off Michigan Mile. "

"Staff was outstanding. Perfect location near magnificent mile."

"Fabulous hotel. Great location. Javier and Fannie very helpful at breakfast. Would def stay again"

"I stay in the Loop about 3-4 times per year, usually as part of a family trip. This was our first time at Hyatt Place. The room was spacious and clean, and the beds were very comfortable. Late dinner burgers at the bar were unexpectedly great, and the parmesan fries are craveable. The staff we encountered throughout our stay was exceptional. We were so impressed. Everyone was very helpful and friendly. We were still talking about how much we enjoyed our stay days later. Hyatt Place will...
