"This hotel is a good option for people who have to stay overnight in Lima to catch a flight to the aiport the next day. The accommodations were clean but fairly minimal.
The brunch was quite nice and offered a range of food options, and the check-in host was very nice and accommodating. From what I could tell and from the feedback from the taxi driver, San Miguel is a nicer area within Lima, but I did not explore it at all."

"This is a gorgeous ocean front property with safe underground parking for your rental car. The view is breathtaking. The location is perfect. If you are into cooking while on vacation, you may find that the kitchen is not equipped well with utensils or serveware. For a 3 bedroom apartment, I would also expect more bath towels and bath soaps etc. But overall a great experience."

The food was excellent and the staff was pleasent and went out of their way to accommodate our needs. Amenities like the pool were nice and the room was extremely comfortable. I would stay here again.
I like the silence at night, which allows you to rest and sleep pleasantly. The staff is very helpful, friendly and courteous.
Perhaps the only drawback is that it does not have a dining room service. Many times, one does not want to leave the hotel and wants to eat something right there.
Quiet hotel. overlooks a small park. its a couple of blocks off of La Marina Avenue and is quiet. I paid only 90 Soles for each nite for a comfortable room. Hotel staff gave me good directions to local stores to buy peruvian products.

Returned to stay six nights in February 2020 because of a very positive experience at the B&B in 2018. The neighborhood is lovely and safe. There's plenty of shopping and eats within a short walking distance. The best feature is Martin, the friendly proprietor. He always goes all the way to make your plans in Lima work without issues. Very highly recommend the B&B for one night or an extended stay.
Small quiet hotel close to shops and restaurants. The staff is simply great. They staff is friendly and knowledgeable, 24h service The hotel is very clean. Filtered Water stations on every floor
. the restaurant food is also good. The included breakfast has decent size buffet and their A la carte menu is not bad at all (flavor and cost). Definitely would come back.
The only drawback is that there’s no small fridge in the room.
I really enjoyed my time in Tambo 1. It's a great location and clean and walkable to many places. The Breakfast was great and plenty of it. We did have an incident where my sister fell in the shower and lacerated her head and bruised her back. I did bring it to the attention of the personnel and they took matters into their hands. BUt be very careful with the very slippery floor in the bathroom. Do request a mat for the shower prior to occupying. Other than that we really enjoy the place.
The hotel was centrally located and had several restaurants nearby. The restaurant at the lobby was a concession, very good!!! But make sure to ask for the hotel's breakfast menu ($8 per person). Otherwise you'll be paying for a regular priced breakfast, very very good, and the portions are big!!!
The staff at the hotel were really nice and helpful. We had an issue with the air conditioner the first day and it was quickly resolved. Definitely a good place to go. Very close to Miraflores...
Me and my wife loved the view from our room and especially from the treadmill looking out at the beautiful mountains and by the pool u can a little bit of the pacific ocean.
The stay was very comfortable, I only had one little issue, I knew I had to check in at 3:00 PM, but I came a little bit earlier to see if I can leave my bags somewhere here or even wait here until 3:00 PM, but they literally told me to go on my own somewhere else until 3 pm, I couldn’t even stay in the lobby. If you respect the time of your stay, the place is perfect, but If you think they’ll help you in other way then nope.
