Great Hotel! Amazing staff as they responded to all request quickly. They even help me find a nail salon close by. VIP room upgrade was amazing! Very clean hotel, amazing gym considering the area. Very quiet, close by all shopping and dining in Marienplatz.

Simply perfect. I'm gonna say best value for any hotel. Love the room design themed on a painter. Everything was brand new, super clean and 100% working. Front desk people are funny and delightful.
The location is great if you want to explore the old town. The direct neighborhood around the station is a little funky but it's diverse and fun.
Perfect for what we needed the little shower had excellent water pressure- No a/c but they provide a fan we placed in the window that helped cool off the room - Our room was on the courtyard side 2nd floor and the people smoke out there in the mornings making the room fill and smell of cigarettes. If that doesn’t bother you then it’ll be just fine otherwise don’t get a room facing the courtyard. Breakfast was ok at best.
The staff was really friendly when we first arrived and they spoke great English. This made our stay very comfortable. We traveled with our 2 yrs old and he loved the view of the room.
We were unfamiliar with the Westend area, but really liked the neighborhood of this hotel. We chose this hotel because of the area, price and Trip Advisor reviews. We had no complaints with this hotel (other than the fact that it does not have air conditioning, which might be a factor in warmer weather). Nice hotel, it’s located one block from the river Eisbach, This is the famous artificial channel where surfers ride the standing wave. The only downside is that there was not AC but there was a fan in the room. I’d stay there again.
This was our first stop on our 2.5 week European Honeymoon. We spent two nights here and we wanted to stay longer. We wanted to stay longer simply due to the staff. These people are amazing. They remember your names, they remember what you want to drink, they will book tours for you, recommend places to eat and places to go.

Great location and close to public transit to Munich. Having a parking garage under the hotel is a plus. The Italian restaurant across the street was pretty good too.
First trip to Germany, and my wife and I stayed here to enjoy Oktoberfest! Couple of quick tips and notes:
1) You're a 5 minute walk to the main Oktoberfest venue, which is a series of huge tents where people drink and sing all day. You won't need an Uber to get around the main areas of the city.
2) Your right across from the train station! Super quick access in/out of Munich.
