Every aspect of my stay was amazing. The front desk staff were helpful, friendly and kind. My room was clean, heated bathroom floor was a bonus. I highly recommend this hotel and restaurant if you are staying in the Munich area.
Delicious breakfast, easy check in and very clean rooms. We had the junior suite with 2 bedrooms and it was perfect. AC was cold in master bedroom, and AC in front foyer easily cooled the bathroom and second bedroom. Lots of restaurants nearby, and dedicated parking garage was helpful.

Nice staff, clean room and great location to where it was easy to access the grocery store and the subway. I love there was a washer and dryer in the room.
The staff is super friendly, the rooms are great and it was something great to me that the tv of your room had your name in the welcome message. The only thing that they need to improve is the breakfast, it'd be great if the buffet had more variety

Very nice place to stay in Munich. Centrally located for public transportation and in a safe area. The highlight is the breakfast spread — make sure you take advantage of what they offer for a good start to your day. Wonderful people taking care of you, especially Avni. He and his co-workers are the best and want to see that you are happy with everything. No need to go anywhere else for breakfast!
We were unfamiliar with the Westend area, but really liked the neighborhood of this hotel. We chose this hotel because of the area, price and Trip Advisor reviews. Great hotel! Clean. The staff was very helpful and friendly, and the AC worked great! The rooms are European, so if you're an American traveler, keep that in mind. They weren't as tiny as most European hotels, but they were on the smaller side. The hotel fridge is very shallow, not big enough for leftovers, only enough depth for cans or water bottles. Simply perfect. I'm gonna say best value for any hotel. Love the room design themed on a painter. Everything was brand new, super clean and 100% working. Front desk people are funny and delightful.
The location is great if you want to explore the old town. The direct neighborhood around the station is a little funky but it's diverse and fun.
