Every aspect of my stay was amazing. The front desk staff were helpful, friendly and kind. My room was clean, heated bathroom floor was a bonus. I highly recommend this hotel and restaurant if you are staying in the Munich area.

The fact that Hotel Europa is slightly off the beaten path (though ON the tram line) counts as an advantage. While I stayed at the Europa and enjoyed quiet surroundings, companions stayed near the Hauptbahnhof and had a terrible time with the noise of night-long partiers and seedy surroundings. Super-convenient location to Oktoberfest and Hauptbahnhof, but tucked away by the river, far enough away from the beaten path downtown. Room had a homelike feel, with a small kitchenette & sofa plus (nice touch) 2 local beers per day in the fridge. Good breakfast & restaurants in walking distance. The sauna really helped kick a travel cold too.
Very nice place to stay in Munich. Centrally located for public transportation and in a safe area. The highlight is the breakfast spread — make sure you take advantage of what they offer for a good start to your day. Wonderful people taking care of you, especially Avni. He and his co-workers are the best and want to see that you are happy with everything. No need to go anywhere else for breakfast!
First trip to Germany, and my wife and I stayed here to enjoy Oktoberfest! Couple of quick tips and notes:
1) You're a 5 minute walk to the main Oktoberfest venue, which is a series of huge tents where people drink and sing all day. You won't need an Uber to get around the main areas of the city.
2) Your right across from the train station! Super quick access in/out of Munich.

Good location for travel by train. Dining options nearby are somewhat limited, but it's very close to the tram which is easy to use to get around Munich. The staff were very helpful. There are no self-service laundry facilities onsite but there is a laundromat about 15 minutes away walking.
The hotel was in Old Town Munich. Excellent restaurants steps away. The breakfast was amazing. Loved the bedding and how clean the room was. Absolutely a great choice to stay.
This place is definitely a property I would recommend. Staff was very nice and friendly and the breakfast buffet is one of the best I had in Europe, so far. The only thing that sucked was the eggs were a little cold. The rooms are cozy, nice and the bed was very comfortable as well.
I enjoy my stay at Ruby Lilly. Everything is designed as practical . Staff was very friendly and helpful. Great breakfast. Hotel bar open 7/24 . Wi-Fi was very speedy. Room decoration was modern and pleasant. If I ever come to Munich again, I will stay 100% at Ruby Lilly
