"We got a room here soon after super typhoon Sinlaku passed. We checked several resorts and the Hyatt was the only one we found who could accept new guests at the time. Kimberly at the front desk was the best! She saved our stay since the room was not ready for a few hours after we got there. Food was amazing, pool was nice. The jacuzzi was luke warm which shouldn’t be a problem since it’s normally hot out, but during rainy season, warm water is needed.
With the recent renovations, the hotel is nice and updated. The area surrounding the hotel is very walkable and it is close to everything. Great price for a great location!
I loved the location and safety i felt staying at the Garden Villa.
The hotel is right on the main hotel row. Entering snd exiting the place is not a problem at all. I was given a room on the building next to the swimming pool, the view was excellent, the parking was never a problem during the 4 nights we stayed.
I loved the fact that I had to use the key card to get to the actual floor to go to the room after getting of the elevator.. No one who is not assigned to the floor can get in....
I called ahead of time to see if I could try to check in early and they said the earliest is 2:30pm. I got there at 2:45 and the room wasn’t ready even after the 3:00 check in time. So that was bust since I was already late to set up the room.
Then on the first room the carpet felt wet and it seemed like the air condition wasn’t working properly.
