"The hotel room was much better than I had anticipated with plenty of space for me. The staff were friendly and helpful and the hotel is in a great location for my exploring Bucharest on foot. I can't comment on the food as I didn't eat in the hotel, I prefer to eat in local restaurants serving traditional meals, but the local Ursus beer at the bar was good. If I go back to Bucharest I would stay here again."

The staff promptly addressed all our needs with grace and kindness. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful; in room dining was delivered quickly and elegantly. We cannot more strongly recommend this hotel if you are looking for pampering, luxury, and outmost comfort."
