Amazing! I couldn’t make it, so I thought I’d just accept it, but the manager made an extra effort, contacted me through email and phone, to offer me a free night, to compensate me. Staff of the hotel was outstanding. Room was nice. We arrived late at night and they got us right to our room. Even had a complimentary fruit tray waiting for us! The next morning, we had a city tour scheduled that did not work out and the staff went above and beyond making recommendations, getting a taxi and storing our things while we toured the city. Everything was as advertised, maybe even better! Good location. Highly recommend.

We really liked this hotel. The room is like a small apartment with a nice kitchen and living room. The location is quite central to downtown. The rooms were decorated very nicely and obviously it had been updated recently. The staff members were friendly for this part of Europe. We were even allowed to check in early as we were on a flight that arrived in the morning. We would certainly stay here again.
