After receiving a confirmed booking and showing the confirmation to reception, still not giving a room is epitome of unprofessionalism. I will never choose this hotel ever again. "

"Super friendly housekeeping staff. Reception team will fulfil your request immediately too. Park’s gate is 10 mins away by foot. Food at the restaurant is good too. The only issue is getting non vegetarian food. Best option is to order online"

"Stayed for 2 nights. Bed was comfortable. Room service was great. Enjoyed the free breakfast and lunch. Location wise it is in the prime location, close to shopping, restaurants etc. Will definitely recommend for couples and single guests."

Simple South Indian fare (recommend paying up Rs. 100 for the Mulbagal dosa served at the buffet as a special order from the dosa corner in the same building). Overall a great mid-priced business hotel. "
