"The staff were not friendly or helpful at all. The room was fine (standard hotel room). There were minimal amenities available and those available were not great. The pool area needs some serious updating. It was run down and felt that way. We ended up forgetting something in our room and called to get the staff to locate it for us. We told them exactly where it was and they called back saying they could not find it. We ended up driving back and it was located right where we said. There was no hospitality from the staff we dealt with whatsoever. "

"The free daily breakfast did not disappoint, as with the evening reception. The staff knew what my husband and I wanted beverage wise at both events after the first day that we didn’t have to order. Having the shuttle to go to/from the airport was great, especially to get downtown. The room was clean and roomy. Did notice that walls could have used a cleaning as it looked like someone had pop explode behind the couch and under the TV. "

"Moxies was great, hotel is ok but could use some upgrades, it is a little outdated. No charging available for electric vehicles. Staff were friendly and provided good service. Room was clean, not spotless but acceptable."
