Beautiful views and great staff to accommodate any needs

Arlo Chicago is in the perfect location for walkable access to so many Chicago sights, excellent food (please try the Broken English Taco Pub around the corner!), bars, shopping, etc. It was also very conveniently located to access the L when we needed to get to other parts of the city! The staff was BEYOND accommodating, friendly, and helpful. The room was clean and exceeded all comfort expectations! I also highly recommend the lobby bar for a great happy hour spot!!! Wonderful boutique hotel in excellent Fulton Market area. Walkable to excellent dining and shopping options. The staff were all very friendly and efficient and we loved the convenience of the attached coffee shop.

I was traveling with two 14 year olds on a business/vacation trip and we stayed here for five days. The location is great. I wanted a hotel that was convenient to the major attractions and downtown, and safe for the boys to walk around on their own. We were able to walk to Navy Pier, Millennium Park, the Loop, and the Hancock Building. It's a good 20-25 minute walk to Navy Pier, but you walk along Lakeshore Drive and it's very enjoyable. Fabulous per usual. Warmly greeted by Aisha n Diamond. My VIP status was recognized and accommodated. I received a room upgrade and it really made our stay more enjoyable. Breathtaking view made a lasting impression. This is my favorite place to stay in Chicago.

Hotel is well appointed with beautiful rooms and an elegant, luxurious bathroom. The staff was helpful and the hotel is in the middle of the best shopping abd restaurants in Chicago! Wull definitely be my "go to" hotel in Chitown!

The hotel was great. I was placed in a room. Where constructoon was going on outside. I had planned to sleep in, but at 715 the sound of a jack hanmer woke me up.

Very nice room and facilities. Staff very helpful. Room was fine, but bedcover was snagged - needed replaced. Half and half in kitchen was so old it had congealed - housekeeping should pay closer attention to these details. Nevertheless, I had a good experience overall and would stay there again.

From the time we arrived through checking out, both the building security staff and the hotel staff were amazing in every way! Always positive, polite, attentive, welcoming, and courteous. The building, hotel, and the room itself were immaculate. The amenities were wonderful. The view was breathtaking both day and night!!! This property and all of the staff are an absolute hidden gem!

This was the fourth time I’ve stayed here, and I’ll keep coming back. The location is very handy for families of Columbia College, the rooms are clean, comfortable and well appointed. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful, and it’s priced well.

Had a very good experience staying at this hotel. Room was clean, quiet, staff was friendly, location close to many restaurants and close to Michigan Ave. Also their breakfast was very good. Really a great hotel, will be staying here again.

We chose this hotel last minute and we were nervous because there were a couple recent negative reviews. There were 4 of us in our family and couldn't find anything negative to say about the hotel. The only disappointing fact was that the rooftop bar was not open but that wasn't a big deal. Everything was very clean.
