"I could talk about the convenience of the location, having a good restaurant and bar in the hotel, and views from our room. But what I noticed most (and my husband agrees) is the warm and professional staff—from reception, to restaurant staff, to every housekeeping person we interacted with. "My husband & I recently stayed at the DoubleTree by Hilton Chicago - Magnificent Mile. It is a great hotel. Walking distance to the Navy Pier, Michigan Avenue, the Riverwalk. We enjoyed using the pool as well. We will definitely stay there again!"
