The property is very good, clean has everything essential a traveler needs. Vince was very engaged, and he was communicating with me all the time, making sure everything was OK with my stay. I had a bad surprise in the beginning, when I found that in order to receive the entry code, I have to submit a copy of my ID card (front and back), selfie and my credit card number. This was not mentioned when the property was booked. I am not comfortable giving such information to strangers.

This is a classic, historic hotel experience. The shared bathrooms were kept impeccably clean. I never had to wait for another user. The room was clean, the bed and linens quite comfortable. It was remarkably quiet though the hotel is on a corner in downtown Ballard, and I had a window room to the street. The staff I interacted with everyday at the Watertown Hotel during my 4-night stay there were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is located in a very convenient and safe area. House keeping is offered every other day, which works perfect for me. Room amenities, such as coffee was not automatically refilled during room cleaning.
