"Well located, great price and funky. We have stayed there several times and it is a great accommodation option in Seattle. Pretty basic, but we don’t need much more in a dynamic city like this. Communication was a bit patchy in regards to getting the codes, but once we had figured that out, it was fine. We managed to find free parking a few streets over, which was a bonus, as there is not a lot of parking in the area, so it was worth it to explore options. Will definitely stay there on our next...

"At first glance the property is sketchy. Had a security outside all day and night. A lot of unhoused people all down the street. Parking is inconvenient especially with all the unhoused people. I would not recommend for a solo female traveler. I will say staff is amazing and so friendly and rooms were clean and bed was comfy, but the traffic noise kept waking me up. Maybe ask for an interior room or one that doesn’t face the street. It was not good for light sleepers. The hotel is very close to a lot of attractions and we didn’t have to drive anywhere. I will say the unhoused people didn’t mess with anyone and they stayed to themselves so don’t let that deter you from staying. There were a lot of different groups of people out late at night so I felt somewhat safe. And the super amazing staff makes up for any shortcomings."
