Hotels in Chinatown

We had a wonderful stay! The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. Parking was easy. I just wish there was decaf coffee at the breakfast, although the food was good and had a lot of options.

Perfect location, walked to Soldier Field for a concert, walked to museums. Hopped on the train around the corner to go North. All hotel employees were so friendly and helpful, would definitely stay again!

Arlo Chicago is in the perfect location for walkable access to so many Chicago sights, excellent food (please try the Broken English Taco Pub around the corner!), bars, shopping, etc. It was also very conveniently located to access the L when we needed to get to other parts of the city! The staff was BEYOND accommodating, friendly, and helpful. The room was clean and exceeded all comfort expectations! I also highly recommend the lobby bar for a great happy hour spot!!! Everyone at this hotel...

I had a great time at the Hyatt! The staff was super friendly and helpful and the room was lovely. Only note I have is it could include a microwave. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

We loved that we we had 2 separate bedrooms for everyone in our group in one hotel room. And all for a reasonable price. Breakfast was very good. Great extra perk! Great location.

Everything was perfect and the customer service was awesome

I was traveling with two 14 year olds on a business/vacation trip and we stayed here for five days. The location is great. I wanted a hotel that was convenient to the major attractions and downtown, and safe for the boys to walk around on their own. We were able to walk to Navy Pier, Millennium Park, the Loop, and the Hancock Building. It's a good 20-25 minute walk to Navy Pier, but you walk along Lakeshore Drive and it's very enjoyable. Very pleased would recommend to anyone planning a visit in downtown and looking for a place too stay at a reasonable price love the fact parking is available on site for 39 tax might be a little pricey but it’s way cheaper than most places in down town I payed a total of about $150 including the parking for the night the only thing I did not like was that you can’t control the central air settings it’s controlled by the staff so I had too call a few time about it being cold so they decided too...

Valet parking staff are not really accomodating... i paid 55 for daily parking the valet back and forth was a bit more .. dropping your luggage and quick parking in front while not using valet shoud be permitted

Amazing everything

Forever one of my favorite hotels and one of my two favorite Courtyard properties I've ever stayed at! This is the 3rd year in a row we've stayed here when coming to Chicago and it never disappoints. It feels like a high-end hotel for an affordable price (considering where it is)! The staff is great super helpful, rooms are so clean and overall just is one of the nicest places! Highly recommend if you're looking for a spot in Chicago!

This hotel met our expectations. All the city attractions were within a walkable distance. The staff at breakfast was amazing! Shout out to Javier who was so welcoming and friendly :)

Great value

Fabulous per usual. Warmly greeted by Aisha n Diamond. My VIP status was recognized and accommodated. I received a room upgrade and it really made our stay more enjoyable. Breathtaking view made a lasting impression. This is my favorite place to stay in Chicago.

No complaints. We stayed on the 18th floor and never had a long wait for the elevator (like I have experienced in some other places). The kitchenette was well stocked, beds soft and comfortable and bathroom is spacious in which I absolutely love.
