"This was an amazing hotel. The room was just the right size, the staff was amazing! In fact, they went above and beyond for me when I was not feeling well. Truly a class act organization. The location is great. Easy walking and safe. Touristy stuff nearby but easy to get to the other parts of town by walking or by Subte, which is close. I really cannot say enough about the caring and thoughtful staff. They really treated me well and with concern. 100 stars!!"

"I had a very pleasant 4-night stay at Fierro Hotel. All the staff were friendly, helpful, and spoke excellent English. The room was spacious and clean. The TV even had many free, live channels, and you didn’t need your own paid subscription to Apple, Netflix, or other useless streaming services like many hotels do these days. The biggest surprise was the breakfast, served from 7 am to 3 pm! It wasn't a buffet; instead, you could choose your meal from a few à la carte options and espresso or cappuccino coffee. The restaurant also has a huge wine cellar. I highly recommend this hotel!"

"I went in the beginning of October. I loved this place. The amenities were excellent. Two washers, two dryers, a beautiful pool in back. The location was great. Not in the thick of it, but that’s not what you want. Nowhere was too far to walk. My only couple of quibbles were the thin walls, but that’s why God created earplugs. Honestly, it didn’t bother me. The advertisement showed the rear view of the apartment to a scape of beautiful buildings. This was a bit of an embellishment, but again, not something I cared about. I will return sooner than later. Daniel was extremely accommodating and was very easy to communicate with."

"Excellent location, you can walk everywhere. Plaza serrano is 10 minutes away. That’s where you can find the pretty narrow streets and many places to eat. At night, it also comes alive with music, drinks and more. The hotel feels personal and decor rates with love. The staff is exceptional, special thanks to the front desk team: Jose, Jean, Milena, Agustín. Definitely recommend"
