Palo Santo Hotel
10/10 Excellent
"Our stay at Palo Santo Hotel was absolutely wonderful, and the entire experience surpassed every expectation we had. From the moment we arrived, my family and I were welcomed with genuine warmth, beautiful smiles, and exceptional service. Even before arriving, I had sent a few emails to the hotel with questions and requests, and every message was answered promptly and thoroughly, with all the information I needed. That level of attention immediately made us feel that we had chosen the right place. A special thank-you to Victoria, José, Marcelo, Joel, Andrea, and Adrián. Every single one of you contributed to making our stay so memorable. You were always pleasant, welcoming, and ready to help, and your kindness truly made a difference. Our room was extremely comfortable, beautifully maintained, and exceptionally clean. The hotel itself has such a cozy and peaceful atmosphere. The greenery, cascades, and beautiful surroundings create an oasis that smells amazing and makes you feel completely relaxed. Honestly, we did not want to leave! The breakfast was also on point—fresh, delicious, and the perfect way to start each morning."
Bulnes Eco Suites
10/10 Excellent
"The property is not in a hotel district, but near the bustling commercial strip of Santa Fe Avenue. I was not impressed by the Palermo shopping mall (nothing to do with hotel but 2 blocks away); it has no soul. The Recoleta urban market and the San Telmo market were both more appealing. The Eco Bulnes is a block from a subte stop. A carrefour supermarket is 2 blocks away. There are likely dozens of cafes 2-3 blocks from the hotel. There was always someone at the desk. You have to be buzzed in to enter the lobby, but this always took less than a minute. It does make you feel very safe, although the neighborhood and Buenos Aires, both felt very safe. The rooms have one universal plug that takes both European and American plugs. If you wish to plug in more than one device or charger with the foreign prongs, you will need either an extension with multiple outlets or to buy some converter. I believe I saw them for sale at various shops along Santa Fe, I bought one while I was in the USA. The cafe linked to the hotel gives you a 10-15% discount for breakfast, but as I said, Buenos Aires is saturated with cafes. The TV has dozens of channels, but nearly all in Spanish (RAI is one of them); they have CNN Latino (based in either Mexico or Columbia). Then again, you are traveling to a mainly Spanish speaking country. The desk staff was very courteous. I was not bothered by noise, an occasional dog barked at night, but Argentine's love their dogs. This was a clean comfortable room."

Fierro Hotel Buenos Aires
10/10 Excellent
"A truly amazing experience at the Fierro Hotel in BA. From prior to arrival to departure, this was the perfect homebase for our adventures throughout the city. The hotel staff reached out prior to arrival to make check-in seamless, the rooms were beautiful, and the Staff were exceptional. Each morning there is a breakfast available which was superb. We also really enjoyed the on-site restaurant. Located in the heart of Palermo Hollywood, we had so many options for dinner and drinks in walking distance of the hotel. Overall, this was a truly great experience and I cannot recommend this place enough."
