Hotels in The Loop

"This hotel is decent for the cost but overall I’ve stayed in better places. It was a little dangerous with homeless hanging in the back of the lobby. The main front door was barricaded off which was a pain going to the side doors. The rooms are older and drafty. My room in particular did not have heat and it was cold outside. The AC had a paper taped to it with a knob and someone drew the arrows but it did not quite work right. The door also seemed as if it didn’t close all the way which made me feel unsafe. I used my luggage in front of the door in the event someone could get in. One night I could hear people screaming and yelling and slamming doors. As a single female, this hotel overall did not feel safe and I’d suggest paying a little more for rooms that have heat and a newer building. "

"I love everything about this hotel and I’m so excited to return each time. The little touches make such a big difference like the espresso machine and popcorn in the lobby, in room amenities and the personal service is bar none. Antonio the doorman is so kind and attentive. We always look forward to seeing him. I just love it here. Oh and the window seat views in the river view suite are incredible."

"The room is super clean, a little on the smaller side. It was just 2 of us so it was perfect! The staff is very friendly and helpful, would 100% stay here again."
