"The hotel is just showing her age... Patched wallpaper, water-stained carpeting, things like that. Our room was clean and comfortable and the view was fantastic. Be aware that particularly on weekend nights, you will hear a LOT of traffic and stereo noise from Michigan Ave. The concierge was very helpful and the price was right."

"Nice hotel and great location "

"Clean room and comfortable beds, had the worst experience with the front desk staff at check in and throughout our whole stay. Front desk employee named Nicolette did not make us feel welcome at all during check in, was rude when we asked to clarify instructions, then when a problem with parking happened, she even blamed us when she didn’t even give clear directions in the first place. She also has no accountability and didn’t apologize for the miscommunication she caused. She was also using condescending tones all throughout the conversations we had with her. There was a manager named Liz the next morning who didn’t even approach us while we were sorting the problem with an employee who were explaining what they’re going to do about the situation. She was there the whole time just pretending not to listen. Hotel was good overall but the staff made our stay horrible. "

"Great location, underwhelming stay overall. Nice rooms, crowded amenities, snack area rarely stocked, staff seemed uninvested in our experience. "

"Location is near buses and train if you want to take public transport. Staff is friendly, they have tea and coffee every morning. We were there when they had the shamrock shuffle run and they gave out some mini cliff bars which was a nice touch. Room was clean, our room faced the side of the ATT building so no view to speak of. Main downside is the noise. You can hear garbage trucks collecting trash at 11:30PM-12am and every time an ambulance or fire truck drove by. I have my own ear plugs but they do provide them as well. Would overall recommend."
