Hotels in Downtown Akron

"Love staying here! It’s a beautiful property! Free underground parking on the weekends, staff are always very friendly and helpful, rooms have always been clean, and the restaurant has great food! A great atmosphere! This is my favorite place to stay when I am in town!"

"Nice space for our large group to meet from out of town. Great restaurants and easy access to Akron U."

"Went to Akron to see a show downtown.Location was perfect and only a 9$ uber ride."

"Nice quiet location..very short drive to downtown area."

"I stayed during the holidays with my son. The house is cozy, clean, and peaceful. There were plenty of options for breakfast, including healthy options, and some quick grab and go options. The owner is friendly and very helpful. He also has lots of information about things to do in the area as well as different artwork and mementos around the house that represent Akron. I am an Akron native and I will definitely be back to stay here again! "

"Very nice stay. Within walking distance to food and drinks!"

"From the outside it looks kinda sketchy, but it was clean, quiet, the breakfast was good and the staff was very helpful. For the price, you can’t beat it. I will stay there again if I have to go back to Akron"

"Great place. Clean. Friendly staff. Definitely coming back in the future."

"The hotel was clean and the staff was very helpful but we had an issue with the TV not working and took a day to get fixed, then shower glass door came off track and couldn’t fix while there. Otherwise great location."

"Staff were friendly and helpful. Everything was clean and well maintained. Lots of parking. Room was clean, well stocked and quiet. Loved the ice and water refill station!"

"The location was perfect. I needed a late checkout and they were very accommodating. We ate lunch at the restaurant and it was delicious. The menu had many tasty options, it was hard to decide. As usual, the cookie was perfect!"

"Really great place to stay! We came in for the ADTR concert at Blossom. Quick drive to and from the venue. Good restaurant options nearby as well."

"This place was wonderful! Especially for the price. Rooms were clean and recently updated, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. If we find ourselves traveling through Akron again, I will make it a point to stay here!"

"Great stay, helpful staff, full kitchen in room, good choices at breakfast, well maintained. Elevator issue but staff informed immediately & never had to wait more than 1 minute for the elevator. Everyone was friendly& helpful."

"Was very clean and the beds were comfortable. Easily accessible to highway."

"The person working at the front desk was incredibly friendly. The room was very clean. Parking was easy and the location was accessible to Cuyahoga and Akron. Breakfast was pretty good, although I found the layout of the breakfast space to be a little congested. "

"We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Location is great. Lots of restaurants within walking distance and a mall across the street. We also visited the Cuyahoga Valley National Park, which is about a 15 minute drive. If you’re here to see a show at Blossom Music Center, I advise that you leave at least an hour before showtime. The drive was supposed to be 15 minutes, but heavy traffic to the venue made it about a 45 minute drive. Traffic was backed up big time. My only complaint about the hotel is...

"We went to Blossom for a concert. Didn't want to drive back to Cleveland. The hotel was very convenient and the staff was very accommodating. "

"Very clean and the staff were great!!!"
