None of the listing photos are of the apartments we were given. The advertisement showed a specific apartment, with specific rooms, specific finishes, and a specific look. We checked that listing again after we arrived. The photos do not match this unit. Not a different angle. Not a room they had updated. A different apartment from the one in the ad. We paid for four nights in Milan and were charged the full amount despite them not giving us...

The road next to the sleeping room of this apartment is a little bit noisy, even during late night, but on the other hand it is a great location for going out and have some drinks.
The apartment is spacious, clean and comfortable. Kitchen holds all things that you need. Only improvement would be maybe providing more toilette paper...
The staff at the office is nice, even if they are flocked together like pigs on a farm in a very, very small room...

Hotel Piacenza was clean, convenient and priced within our budget. We felt special from the moment we arrived. We were early and our room wasn't ready (as we had expected) but our luggage was immediately placed in storage and we were offered a welcome coffee and given a lot of information regarding Milan. Good experiencie, the hotel Is very nice and in a good neighborhood , nice cafeterías around to enjoy a good italian coffe,, on friday there Is a local market place where you can find fruit, bread, clothes, shoes.
