I stayed at the Londra Palace for one night with my mom after our Mediterranean cruise ended in Venice. This hotel was perfect. We arrived at the hotel at about 9:30am with our luggage, as we'd just disembarked from our cruise ship. We were upgraded to a canal view without extra charge, a nice perk. There was a gondola right outside the door and that seemed more personal than going to the pier to get one. The check-in was quick and the staff was very helpful in assisting us with our many questions. The location was really good. The best thing we did was spend extra money and have the hotel arrange a water taxi from the airport to the door of the hotel. Charming IQ is a gem , these are appartmete ver well decorated, Tania an Katherina were extremely helpful and with incredible sense of service . Is very well located close to San Marcos Plaza and the Rialto. The kitchen is very well equipped and they included coffee, Panetone and a Proseco which we enjoyed . Fully recommended .
