"The location is fantastic for exploring Rome. The Pantheon is within a block away. We absolutely loved Monica at the front desk, she was very helpful, had a great sense of humour and all of her recommendations were spot on. The room was clean and we really liked the decor. The AC was perfect since it was 36c during the day and the room was always a perfect temperature. Breakfast was good and there was always staff there to make us a cappuccino."

Not only was it close distance to a lot of attractions, shopping, eateries, laundry and the gorgeous view right below of Piazza Navona, but also the staff was really helpful, the amenities were great, strong A/C and our room was always clean. "This small guest house gets a thumbs up on all fronts! Great location--a couple blocks from Campo de Fiori. We were able to easily walk to the Colosseum, Trevi Fountain, Vatican, La Trastevere, etc. Excellent and easy to navigate instructions from Bruno for reaching and entering the property. Spacious room with modern bathroom, great AC, comfy bed and very clean. The cafe downstairs was superb for breakfast every morning. There are a number of steps to a lift that gets you to the floors to the rooms so if you have mobility issues, this may not be the hotel for you. "I loved everything about this facility. The location is great for walking you are in the middle of everything. The room was clean and quiet. THe front desk staff was very helpful with suggestions of how to best utilize your time and eating suggestions. Marvin was a wealth of knowledge and very helpful. THe other young lady was great as well, organizing an early ride for us to the train station. I will definitely look here first when I return to rome in the future. The air conditioning worked...
