Was here for a week (5 days) for a business trip in late August 2016. After two days of ordering room service for dinner the staff got to know me and offered to send up something from the hotel's restaurant instead of the regular room service menu. Such a nice gesture. There were several other little things the staff also did to make my stay excellent. In addition to the staff, the hotel is well situated downtown. It is in walking distance of many locations but also within a 5 minute walk...

Thr breakfast was amazing! The attention to detail was amazing! The room was amazing! The easy trip to the main spots was amazing! I NEVER give Amazing but this place was Amazing! 🌟💫🌟💫🌟

Only minus -Too expensive

Facility is about 5min walk from the subway station (Lübecker - U1/U3). The front desk seems to be staffed 24x7 (we arrived near midnight and someone was able to help us right away) Part that surprised me was how quiet it was. Could not hear any significant noises from the hallway.

We went to a concert in the Elbphilharmonie, and this was a perfect venue for us. 10 minute walk, friendly and good humored atmosphere with a hip vibe.

Best hotel I’ve stayed in in Europe! Perhaps the best ever. High end, comfort on all levels. Beds were firm and cozy, staff was friendly and super helpful. Beautiful hotel buffet was next level!

Room was exceptional, clean spacious and very home feeling. Design made it feel comfortable and relaxing. Highly recommend this place for stay.

That was really great location, staff , walking ,restaurants and shopping options are all here .

Everything about the hotel, staff, restaurant, and location were just perfect. The work out room and sauna were an added benefit. We will recommend it to anyone traveling to Hamburg. We will stay there again!!!
