"The only thing that I couldn’t explain is the shower!! It’s not possible to take a shower without making a pool in the bathroom. Whoever designed it should consider changing career. Beautiful property everybody was so helpful, especially the bellboy and concierge."

"We selected this hotel because of its terrific Boston location--it's just around the corner from the magnificent Old Boston Public Library--which allowed us to park the car in the valet-serviced garage and walk to ALL our interests/attractions during our 4 night stay. When we arrived, the Ops Manager, Jordan Wimberly, handily aided us deal with our regrettable choice(?) of driving into Boston. He continued to be helpful by providing us with a list of highlighted dining options and suggested other sights that might interest us. During our stay, interactions with him continued to be pleasant, because he graciously reminded us that he was always available to address our needs."

"Hotel was perfectly located and close to the fun activities in the city. The staff was very friendly and helpful and the rooms were clean. My Only complaint was there was no coffin the room. A delightful surprise was the extensive dvd and vhs library and players in the room. I would Stay here again and recommend the Harborside Inn!"

"The decor was unique and attractive. Coffee shop was good. Room and public washrooms were immaculate. Bed was a little difficult for us two seniors as there was no room to walk around the sides of the bed. However, our sleep was good."
