"Just came back from a really lovely holiday stay in this hotel. Everything we needed was there. Entertainment, sports, food was delicious and varied. Sami the pastry chef was so delightful and cooked us gorgeois deserts and bread. All the hotel staff were so happy and helpful. We couldnt want for anything more. Hope at he end): - dirty linens, no top sheet on 3 of 3 rooms and one of our three rooms had no blankets, despite cold weather - No hot water during the complete stay - filthy stairs and common rooms in one building.
