"The hotel was very restful and convenient to things in San Isidro. The staff was absolutely wonderful and bent over backwards to help us in all sorts of ways. I'd like to give a special shout-out to manager Michael Azuaje who made the saying, "my house is your house," a reality. In addition, the garden was a very nice bonus for our family -- peaceful, lush, quiet, perfect."

"Nice hotel in the San Isidro district. The area around the hotel is fairly quiet (for Lima), and is walkable to some phenomenal restaurants, a nice church, Bosque El Olivar (a beautiful park very near the hotel), and is overall very nice, central, and safe. The hotel itself is pretty modern and well staffed. The room was comfortable and clean (under the bed was a bit dusty, but everything else was fine). Would definitely recommend staying."

"The room reserved had no working water on the bathroom faucet. On the second one the faucet the water won’t drain. The floor was dirty. The phone didn’t work. Nice people but very low standards for the hubication."
