Just returned from a week at Dreams Playa Mujeres. We booked this property because it shares privileges with Secrets, which is connected via 5 minute walk on a pathway or a quick golf cart ride. This made our stay better because we could jump between properties. Our only complaint was on our first day the check in process wasn’t as smooth as we hoped, as they need 1-2 more staff checking in guests on the busy days like the weekends. Hotel is in a new upscale marina area with lovely view. Very quiet and secure with an entrance in lobby allowing you to walk straight to probably the nicest mall in Cancun with many nice restaurants.
Habanero was closed, so that was a bit disappointing. But Jorge, who manages the fresh margarita stand, always greeted us with a smile and made the best kiwi margarita! Definitely would comeback for him:)
Staff is amazing had an amazing stay. My Butler Yuri made it everything so easy and checked in on us everyday. She was the best! Carlos from the Gourmet hall provided us with the best service every morning for breakfast. I will definitely be going back to this resort.
My recent stay at this hotel in Cancun was an absolute delight. It’s the epitome of luxury, and the location is ideal. What truly stood out, though, was the incredible food. The dining experience was nothing short of amazing. A big plus is that in Cancún, where all-inclusive is common, this hotel offers a great option for those who want the flexibility to explore the area and not be tied to an all-inclusive plan. Everything about the property was wonderful. The staff, leadership, and employees COULD NOT have been nicer and more helpful. Food was the best I've had at an all-inclusive. The only thing about it that wasn't perfect was the bar drinks - the mixes tasted cheap and the drinks were not strong. That being said, the service MORE than made up for a very minor issue. If the drinks matched the rest - this place would be HEAVEN!
Here is my review of this property. We loved our trip, and we loved the property overall. Just offering some unbiased feedback about what to expect.
1. The property is very well-kept. The pools are clean and beautiful. Our room was spacious and comfortable, and the balcony was pleasant for hanging out (when it wasn’t too sunny).
2. The food was … ok. The specialty restaurants were an upscale *experience* with not so great food (though the appetizer buffet at the Mexican Fiesta was really nice....
We stayed in a suite and it was beautiful. Everything appeared just as stated in the description. The ENTIRE staff was amazing, Loving and caring. We started March 18-24, 2024. I have no complaints but was asked to leave a review in reference at anythings I thought could help better visitors existence.

Very nice, small hotel (6 rooms, that backs up to a golf course. Owners very involved with the guests as well as very lovely people. Breakfast is great. Staff extremely accommodating. All at very good prices compared with the larger hotels in the zone.
