"Location is brilliant! Staff helpful. Property very clean. Facilities great. Only negative a hiccup with lights/power when we arrived very late and tired. It happens! Offer to compensate could have been forthcoming easier. An apology was issued, which we accepted, but something to make us feel better for a rough night would have been appreciated without us having to raise it. After discussing payment for a sandwich and a food credit of $100 offered. The gesture was appreciated. The overall stay was great. Highly recommend. 😊"

"Hotel in a great location. Easy to get to with ample paid parking around the hotel. The only flaws with our stay was the clogged drain in the shower which resulted in the entire bathroom area getting flooded. Having advised reception of this they said they were unable to swap rooms as the property was fully booked and no other alternative was provided. Lucky we had another family member staying in the room next us so we were able to shower there. Apparently the hotel doesn't have a handyman working the weekend."
